Industrial Parks Development Corporation has signed a contract with CornerStone Housing Development Group to build housing for factory workers at Hawassa Industrial Park.
The corporation has today signed an agreement to build housing in Hawassa Industrial Park to alleviate the housing problem of factory workers.
The contract was signed by the corporation’s chief executive, Sandokan Debebe, and the general manager of CornerStone Housing Development Group, Sirak Ambaye.
A contract has been signed with CornerStone Housing Development Group to provide housing for 6,500 factory workers at Hawassa Industrial Park. The project is expected to cover 2.08 hectares.
Upon completion, the project will include staff dining halls, shops, leisure centers, banks, staff training centers, green space, clinics, and offices. It is expected to be completed.
